Rule 14
Can be banned from departure from Nepal
The Department or the Immigration Office may prohibit the following persons from leaving Nepal:-
(a) who do not possess a valid passport and a visa to enter the country of departure,
(b) To get information with reasons from any authorized officer to stop them from leaving Nepal.
